The main purpose and operation content of water-cooled machine

Attention should be paid during the use of the water chiller: firstly, liquid medium should be added to the bucket before use. Secondly, the working power supply should be determined according to the model of the machine. The power supply should be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good grounding wind. After using the water chiller, all switches should be turned off, the power plug should be unplugged, and the liquid in the bucket should be dried.

During normal operation, the refrigeration efficiency of the chiller unit is inevitably affected by dirt or other impurities. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the main unit and achieve better cooling effect, regular maintenance and upkeep should be carried out to ensure the normal operation quality of the chiller unit and improve production efficiency. The specific operation contents are as follows:

1、 Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the water chiller are stable, and whether the sound of the compressor operation is normal. When the water chiller is working normally, a voltage of 380V and a current within the range of 11A-15A are normal phenomena.

2、 Regularly check whether there is any leakage of the refrigerant in the water-cooled machine. The pressure display may vary depending on the temperature (winter, summer). During normal operation, the high-pressure display is generally within the range of 11-17kg, and the low-pressure display is within the range of 3-5kg, which is a normal phenomenon.

3、 Check if the water cooling machine's hot water system is functioning properly, if the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft are running well, and if the built-in water tank is replenishing water normally. If not in use for a long time, promptly turn off the circuit switches such as the water pump, compressor, and main power supply of the cooling tower.

4、 When the water cooler is used for six months, the system should be cleaned once a year. The main cleaning parts include the cooling tower, cooling water pipes, and condenser to ensure better cooling effect.
